All our cabinets are installed by our own experienced in-house team of installation fitters, operating from our warehouse base in Swindon. Our installation team provides a nationwide, high quality service that you would expect, to match the Smeva and Barker products. All our fitters are CSCS Affiliated. Our new warehouse is equipped to provide secure, clean, safe and organised storage of our cabinets and those of our clients. |

| On-site and off-site refurbishment | ||||
Most refrigerated cabinets, because of the way they are manufactured, are particularly well suited to being refurbished and a good refurbishment will often give a cabinet that is virtually indistinguishable from a new case. Phoenix Retail Services can offer the complete range of on-site and off-site refurbishment options. On-site we can attend outside trading hours change external panels, deep clean cases, perform lighting and control modifications and even re-spray panels if required. Off-site we offer a range of services depending how much work is required:

| Grade A | Carried out off-site at Phoenix premises. We will bring the cabinet back to 'as new' condition with all mechanical, electrical and metal work parts being replaced with new. The existing cabinet carcass and evaporator coil would be re-used. |

| Grade B | Carried out on-Site. This would include a deep clean and replacement of all internal and external panels, replacing dented, damaged or worn panels. The cabinet would be brought up to an 'good and safe standard'. |

| Grade C | Carried out on-Site. This would include external panels only and would normally be suggested for equipment that is ageing and/or dangerous to the customer. The cabinet would be brought up to an 'acceptable and safe standard'. |

| Grade D | Carried out on-Site. For stores with limited budget. This option enables cabinets to be brought up to a new and modern image. State of the art electro-static spraying, friendly to the environment with reduced drying times. |
